How Much Does Shipping Cost?

All our shipping fees are calculated automatically according to either the actual kg weight of the goods or the goods' dimensions, plus the delivery location.The prices depend on the different rates of the shipping companies and are subject to change without notice. We're constantly working on lowering the shipping prices for you though!

All orders must be fully paid in advance, including shipping. Shipping charges are not refundable except in cases of wrong delivery.If a delivery is confirmed lost, stolen, or damaged before receipt, we will work with the courier directly to obtain information, and arrange a refund or re-delivery at no further expense to you. 2 ways for you to check exact shipping cost to you location:
1. If you have an account, just login and add items you are interested in to the shopping cart, , the system will show you the shipping cost available from different couriers based on your registered shipping address and items weight you added to the shopping cart

1. Please write down your real and correct name and shipping address, including the postal code and your phone number carefully and completely when you ordering online. We will not be responsible for those unsuccessfully delivery caused by the incorrect customer name and shipping address.

2. We usually ship out the order to your given address in within 24 hours since we confirmed your payment, at the same time, we will email a new invoice to you with the tracking number, you can tracking your order online in 48 hours since you received it .
3. If you have special requirements about the declare description and the declare value on the delivery invoice, please write a special note when you checkout online. Otherwise,our packing department will write a corresponding description and declared a corresponding value as default. We will not be responsible for orders confiscated which caused by declare description and declare value.

4. When you received the parcel, please check carefully before you sign your name on the delivery inoice, you can refuse to accept it if you think it was damaged or missed something during the delivery, and you must email the details to us, so that we can ask compensate from our courier, and we can conisder to ship new parcel or the missed parts to you.

Express Shipping
This shipping method is the fastest available. Delivery times are between 3 - 7 business days to all major destinations. Shipping cost vary with item, it depends on product weight and delivery destination. We provide best discounted shipping cost for DHL and UPS, especiall for heavy packages. If you choose Express Shipping, then, we usually ship out by DHL or UPS.

Calculate Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated individually for each order based on the number and weight of items in your order, as well as the shipping method chosen. For this reason, the price displayed on product information pages does not include shipping.

Custom Taxes & Other Fees
 

Duty & tax (custom charges), handling fee, service cost and storage, are EXCLUDED from the total amount you are paying for shipping cost. For tax and duty charges, it is advisable that you refer to your local custom authorities as they could provide you the updated rates charges for imports to your country destination. 
Autocardvdgps.com will not be responsible for any extra charges incurred by the courier company or the local custom, to get your package delivered to you. Customers responsible for all custom charges before the release of parcels from the local custom office.

If your package is stuck at the custom, please contact your local custom or the local courier in your area and quote them your tracking number. Do inquire them on what is necessary to provide for your package to be release. If you require any documents such as invoice, please do inform us and we will provide it to you.

It is always advisable that you check with your local custom on the regulations and policy applied as it may varies from country to country. They are able to provide an updated regulations and i-Pmart will not be responsible for losses or damages if the package being confiscated as purchases will be done at customer's own risk & responsibility.
